24-Year-Old Who Fatally Choked Jordan Neely Identified

The video of a U.S. Marine veteran putting Jordan Neely in a fatal chokehold is dividing the nation. Some say it was murder, while others say it was self-defense. It comes as the man at the center of the uproar has now been identified. According to published reports, he is a 24-year-old former Marine sergeant Daniel Penny.
