Over 60 Piggy Banks Found on Texas Beach

Several unusual, colorful piggy banks have popped up on the beaches in Texas. Jace Tunnell says he first noticed them last year, and now they're quickly multiplying. So far, over 60 have been found, and now the Harte Research Institute team has come up with theories about where they've come from. These are just one of many unusual things the marine biologist has found throughout his career. Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall has more.
