Six-month-old Cam Miller was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate minutes after his twin brother. Now he's almost unrecognizable after an operation to rebuild his mouth. His parents say sending him for his first surgery was devastating. "It was just kind of like saying bye," Sara Miller said. "But it was hard. You have to kind of grieve him."
