Man Fatally Shot During Tree-Trimming Dispute With Neighbor

A 78-year-old man shot and killed his neighbor during an argument over trimming trees on their disputed property line. Edward Druzolowski was taken into custody at his home and charged with killing his next-door neighbor in front of the slain man's 8-year-old son. The shooter's wife called 911, saying her husband took his gun to scare her neighbor but didn’t intend to kill him. In the 911 call, Druzolowski says his neighbor came at him.
