Halle Berry's Ex Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Her

There's a bitter war brewing between actress Halle Berry and the father of her 12-year-old son, Maceo. Berry's ex-husband, actor Olivier Martinez, has been granted a temporary restraining order against the Oscar winner, accusing her of having "abusive tendencies" and "violent mood swings."
