Jane Doe In Alleged Cornell Assault Says She Is Getting Death Threats

The woman known as Jane Doe, who filed a civil lawsuit against Cornell University and seven fraternity brothers alleging the men raped her, says she is getting threats. According to her attorney, the threats arrived via texts and phone calls. Most recently, she and her family were “swatted” by a call to police saying there was a gunfight at the family’s home, the woman’s attorney told CNN. None of the seven men have been criminally charged in the alleged rape and they deny any wrongdoing.
