Has foodie culture gone too far? Not for people who lined up outside a bakery in New York’s upscale SoHo neighborhood, prepared to spend $60 on a loaf of rye bread. How does one justify charging $60 for something simply made from rye flour, water and salt? This is New York, afterall, where time is money.
