June 8, 2026
A weatherman was warning his viewers about a tornado outbreak when something off-camera caught his eye. Smoke and fumes from a fire extinguisher filled the air. The weatherman covered his mouth but kept delivering the weather. It happened at KFSM-TV in Fort Smith, Arkansas as Noah Simmons was warning of dangerous tornadoes in the area. Simmons spoke with Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano.
