    Donald Trump had a special guest at a Michigan rally this weekend – rapper Nicki Minaj. She has been a vocal supporter of the Republican president. But Trump's introduction of the 43-year-old Trinidad-born singer is raising some eyebrows. Trump praised Minaj's backside on stage at the rally. Meanwhile, Trump also is lashing out at Bill Maher, following Maher's dinner with Trump at the White House. Also attending was Kid Rock and Stephen A Smith.
