Actor Russell Brand Convicted of Rape, Sexual Assault in London

Actor and comedian Russell Brand was convicted Thursday in a London court on one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault. The judge said Brand will be sentenced to prison. He was found guilty of raping one woman and sexually assaulting three others. Brand, 51, was acquitted on two counts of rape and one count of attempted indecent assault. The allegations, made by six women, spanned a 10-year period beginning in 1999.
