California Peeping Tom Suspect Arrested

Inside Edition recently shared alarming surveillance camera footage of a man jumping over a backyard fence to peer through a bedroom window at a woman trying on her Halloween costume. It happened in Southern California's Westchester neighborhood. The 21-year-old college student said she felt violated but is sleeping a little easier now that an arrest has been made.
