    A Vietnam Veteran who slapped a young baseball fan who did not stand during the national anthem is speaking to Inside Edition. The incident happened at a Chicago Cubs home game. Bob Chavez had chastised a young man sitting in front of him. When the fan remained seated, Chavez smacked him on his head. The young man looked stunned and stood up. Now, social media is lighting up with praise and condemnation.
