Alex Murdaugh Back In Court As Judge Tells Lawyers To Stop Bickering

Alex Murdaugh was back in a South Carolina court today. Judge Debra McCaslin heard arguments over whether new DNA and ballistic evidence should be allowed in Murdaugh’s retrial on double murder charges scheduled for April. The judge had strong words for both the prosecution and the defense. Earlier this year, the state Supreme Court overturned Murdaugh's convictions in the deaths of his wife and son, citing the 'improper' influence of a county clerk.
