Suspected Mail Thief Riding A Bike Tries To Outrun Police Car, Gets Arrested

A concerned citizen called in suspicious activity to police and when the suspect was found, cops say he tried to outrun them at eight miles per hour. The Upland Police Department in California says an officer tried to stop the man on a bike, who was suspected of stealing mail from neighborhood homes. They say instead of stopping, he tried to make a break for freedom. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
