Alleged Kidnapping Attempt Caught on Camera

Surveillance video captured the moment a Florida man allegedly attempted to kidnap a young girl in a parking lot Monday afternoon. It happened at a gas station just outside Miami when a girl, who police say is 13, was approached by a man wearing a bike helmet. He put his arm around the child and pulled her away, but she was able to break free and run inside the station's convenience store, according to reports. The suspect was later arrested.
