Adele had some trouble with a T-shirt machine gun at her Germany concert. "It's making a funny sound," the legendary singer says. "It's not working." Just as she was about to send shirts flying into the crowd in Munich, the machine malfunctioned. Thankfully, there was another one across the stage and she was able to send those T-shirts flying into the crowd.
