Is there such a thing as too much cheese? Not for Sarah Kaufmann, the self-proclaimed Cheese Lady. She has a talent for bringing cheese to life. Her latest creation is at the Tennessee State Fair where she's carving 500 pounds of cheddar into a sculpture that represents the state's culture and heritage for America's 250th birthday celebration.
