Alleged Drunk Driver Who Crashed Into Party Goes on Trial

A 67-year-old woman who crashed into a children's birthday party is now on trial for murder. A 4-year-old and an 8-year-old were killed and 15 others injured. Police say the driver, Marshella Chidester, had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit. Spectators were in tears watching videos of the crash. One family member could be heard weeping in the corridor after reliving the nightmare. The driver's lawyer claims it was a seizure from a medical condition that caused the crash.
