Alleged 'Ram Raiding' Thieves Steal $100,000 in Merchandise From Chicago Store

Brazen thieves are using cars like battering rams to break into stores in a crime trend called “ram-raiding.” In Chicago, thieves smashed their car right through the front entrance of a shoe store. The five robbers began to loot the store, grabbing everything in sight. At another Chicago “ram raid,” the thieves got away with $100,000 in merchandise from a high-end sneaker store.
