Woman Fatally Shot By Police After Slashing 3-Year-Old Boy

Police bodycam video shows a woman holding a large kitchen knife threatening a 3-year-old boy sitting in a shopping cart before raising the knife, appearing poised to stab him. Noemi Guzman, 31, was killed, authorities say, by two responding officers who opened fire after she cut the child with the knife. It occurred outside a Walmart in Omaha, Nebraska. Cyler Hillman, the 3-year-old, was slashed across the face. His parents shared images of him in the hospital recovering. Guzman was well-known to law enforcement in Omaha.
