Brooke Houts Won't Be Charged for Hitting Dog in YouTube Video: Report

Brooke Houts will not be charged in connection with a video posted to YouTube that showed her hitting her dog. The LAPD's Animal Task Force has reportedly investigated the incident, according to BuzzFeed News, and has decided Houts' actions did not constitute animal cruelty.
