Car of Mom Who Vanished in 2002 With 2 Kids Pulled From Ohio River

A car pulled from the Ohio River may be key to solving a 19-year-old cold case. In 2002, Stephanie Van Nguyen, 26, and her two children Kristina, 4, and John, 3, went missing. Authorities say Stephanie left behind a note saying she planned to drive her vehicle into the Ohio River with her children because she was distraught over her marriage ending.
