Cops Mistakenly Watched Parkland Shooting Suspect on 20-Minute Video Delay

There was chaos and confusion as police moved in to capture accused shooter Nikolas Cruz after he opened fire on a high school in Parkland, Florida. Cops were watching Cruz on surveillance cameras as he went on his shooting spree inside the school. It's now being revealed that police on the scene thought they were following events in real time. In fact, they did not realize the security cameras inside the school worked on a 20 minute time delay. Cruz was captured an hour later.
