Cops Rescue 2 People From Car Upside Down in Ravine

Officers followed the sound of a car’s horn to help people trapped inside. Police in Reno, Nevada, say officers witnessed the car crash and overturn into a ravine and immediately waded into the frigid water to get them out. The two people inside were conscious and alert and were able to communicate with officers. When they weren’t restricted by seatbelts anymore, officers were able to extract them.
