Man Attacks Office Worker With Cleaver

A man attacked another man with a cleaver in an office and it was all caught on surveillance cameras. Turkish media released a video showing the suspect approaching a man sitting at a desk in a municipal office. The suspect slowly creeps around the desk and stops next to it. That's when he appears to pull something out of his coat. Once he raises the object, it's clear that it's a cleaver. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
