Driver Pulled From Overturned Car Submerged in Water After Crash

A man is pulled to safety after his car went underwater. Harrowing video was released by Flagler County Sheriff's Office in Florida. Deputies say the driver crashed into a retention pond after losing control of his car. It turned upside down under water.
