Man Arrested 15 Years After Ex- Fiancée Vanished Following 'People's Court' Appearance

Just minutes after Michelle Parker appeared on an episode of "The People's Court" with her former fiancé over a lost engagement ring, she vanished. Now, fifteen years later, he's been arrested. Dale Smith Jr. appeared before a Florida judge Thursday, where he was charged with second-degree murder. Florida's state attorney says the charge against Smith could be escalated to first-degree murder if there is enough evidence. Smith’s attorney says Smith did not have anything to do with Parker’s disappearance or death.
