Drunk Driver Found Guilty in Death of 12-Year-Old Boy Scout in New York

A jury convicted a man in the death of a Long Island Boy Scout. Thomas Murphy was found guilty of vehicular homicide in the death of 12-year-old Andrew McMorris. The trial proved harrowing for Andrew’s grieving parents, so Andrew’s friends in Boy Scout Troop 161 marched into court to show their support.
