Knife-Wielding Teen In Clown Costume Arrested In Connection With Homicide

Imagine seeing a scary-looking clown on your doorbell security camera when it's nowhere near Halloween. That's what happened to a number of families in a Missouri neighborhood. They got an even bigger shock when cops said that a knife-wielding teen in a clown costume was taken into custody in connection with a homicide investigation. With the suspect in custody, police have announced there is no longer a public threat to the East St. Louis community.
