Florida Dentist Under Fire After 2 Patients Die During Implant Surgery

Two families are demanding action after they say their loved ones died during dental implant surgery performed at the Florida Implant Studio by Dr. Francesco Sebastiani, who goes by the name “Dr. Franco." Dr. Sebastiani denies all allegations of wrong doing. His attorney says Sebastiani's treatment met all standards of care. Although cases of dying at the dentist are very rare, experts say it can happen, especially when sedation is given without the help of an anesthesiologist.
