Rescuer Speaks Out After Saving Man in Out-of-Control Boat

A Florida rescuer is speaking out after he saved an unresponsive man from an out-of-control boat. The speed boat was going around in circles when a rescue boat appeared on the scene. However, they could not bring the vessel to a halt. That's when Battalion Chief John Kip made a leap of faith onto the boat. After boarding the vessel, Chief Kip found the boat driver incapacitated on the floor. Without wasting a second, Chief Kip and the team quickly scooped the man to safety.
