Former E! News host Catt Sadler is going public with her plastic surgery. The mom of two shared her experience getting a facelift, neck lift and an eye job at age 48. Although she's receiving backlash for getting surgery, Sadler is standing by her decision. "Why can't this be an act of love rather than a judgment of us hating ourselves?" says Sadler. Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Marc Mani says 48 is a great age for her multiple domestic surgeries.
