Hawaii Man Who Lost Surfboard in Ocean Learns It Was Found in the Philippines

September 23, 2020

A man’s surfboard washed out to sea, only to be found two years later 5,000 miles away! Surfer Doug Falter lost it in Hawaii’s Waimea Bay. A fisherman in the Philippines found it and sold it to a teacher named Giovanne Branzuela. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
