In the wake of the deadly shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue, some are wondering what might have been. Three congregants were late to the Saturday morning religious services. If they had arrived any earlier, they believe they could have been victims of the shooting. One Holocaust survivor, Ruth Drescher, decided not go to the service that day. Eleven people were killed inside the Tree of Life synagogue.
