Charity Burkland's husband, Stephen, died of a heart attack on Christmas Eve last year while goofing around in the front yard with his kids. He was 37. Stephen was overweight and had a family history of heart disease, according to his brother, David, a cardiologist. He claims the excitement of the holidays was a factor.
