Winter returned with a vengeance on the Northeast. Six to ten inches of snow blanketed multiple states. Emergency rooms always see a spike in heart attacks during a major snowstorm. Some people come into the hospital complaining of chest pains, dizziness and feeling lightheaded. Dr. Jose Deschamps, an ER doctor at HMH Palisades Medical Center, gave Inside Edition’s Les Trent tips on shoveling snow to avoid injuries.
