A hearing was held about October’s mass shooting in Maine, in which the killer’s colleagues testified they were concerned about his mental state. Months before Army Reservist Robert Card killed 18 people and injured 13 others in the state’s deadliest mass shooting, his fellow reservists called the New York State Police because he was exhibiting concerning behavior.
