Meghan Markle addressed a crowd in New Zealand with a traditional Maori greeting. The Duchess of Sussex praised the country for being the first self-governing colony to grant all women the right to vote in parliamentary elections. Before she married Prince Harry, Markle was an outspoken feminist and women's rights advocate. She still champions causes to help women and girls around the world.
