Officer Charged After Throwing Elderly Man to Ground During Stop

The Oklahoma City police officer involved in shocking video of a 71-year-old man being thrown to the ground during a traffic stop is now facing charges. The district attorney's office announced that Sergeant Joseph Gibson was charged with one count of aggravated assault and battery.
