Deputy Cuts Woman From Seatbelt To Free Her From Burning Car

A deputy rushes to the scene of an accident, where time is of the essence. Deputy Threatt of the Chester County Sheriff's Office in South Carolina says once he saw the car on fire, he knew he would have to act fast. He called out to the person in the car to tell her to get to him. While the woman was able to reach the deputy, she became tangled in her seatbelt. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
