Pigeon Found Wearing Rhinestone-Studded Vest Reunited With Owner

When a fancy pigeon, sporting a rhinestone-bedazzled vest, turned up in a stranger's backyard, rescuers knew it wasn't just a wild bird. Jody Kieran, who runs Fallen Feathers rescue in Arizona, says the pigeon's fabulous outfit told her it was loved as a pet.
