Pilot and Passenger Survive a Fiery Plane Crash on a Southern California Freeway

A pilot and passenger survived a fiery crash on a California freeway. Firefighters rushed to the scene where a single-engine Piper PA-32 plane went down in the middle of the day. The small plane was headed for the nearby Corona Municipal Airport, but never made it there. Instead, the eastbound lanes of the 91 Freeway became its crash zone. Despite the flames and fiery crash onto a busy freeway, California Highway Patrol says there were no injuries.
