Prison Holds Miss Congeniality Pageant to Promote Positive Values Among Inmates

This event had everything, pomp, pageantry, and prison bars. The Buen Pastor prison in Bogota, Colombia, held its 7th annual Miss Congeniality Pageant, featuring 16 inmates competing for the title. While there was plenty of time before the show to perfect their hair, makeup, and wardrobe, these women weren't actually judged on their appearance.
