‘Sesame Street’ Sues ‘Happytime Murders’ Producers Over Explicit Content

The producers of ‘Sesame Street’ are suing the company behind an upcoming R-rated movie starring Melissa McCarthy. ‘The Happytime Murders’ depicts puppets doing drugs and engaging in sex and violence, which is nothing like you've ever seen on the legendary children’s show. “Sesame Street” producers are suing STX Entertainment, the company behind the film, saying they have been left "speechless” and calling the film’s trailer "practically pornographic."
