Shocking video shows a Tennessee driver attacking a couple's car with an ax. The two victims were 69-year-old Amy Joyce and 76-year-old Michael Sutton. They were going shopping. They say the ax-wielding man went after them after a fender-bender accident in Memphis. Cops charged Brent Fong with aggravated assault. Inside Edition's Les Trent has more.
