Tennessee Teen Allegedly Shoots Sister Before Turning Gun on Himself

Police tape surrounded a Tennessee apartment complex Saturday night after a domestic incident involving a teen. "It's like a cycle of violence in various forms keeps, you know, happening within our city," Marquiepta Odom, Director of YWCA Greater Memphis told NewsNation.
