When this wave comes crashing down on you, it’s actually a blessing. Rodney Baldwin founded an organization called The Blessing Wave after tornadoes hit downtown Nashville, Tennessee. He knew people who needed relief would have to file applications and wait weeks for money to come through. So he decided to be the agent to get money to them faster.
