There’s a ‘Wedding Boom’ After Coronavirus Pandemic Slowdown

After two years of Covid-related delays, brides and grooms are finally getting their dream days – in historic numbers. Some 2.6 million weddings are expected to take place this year. That’s the most since 1984. Some wedding vendors are struggling to keep up with demand, and experts recommend as much advance planning as possible. Wedding receptions are also getting bigger. The wedding planning site The Knot reports that guest-list size has returned to 80% of pre-pandemic numbers.
