Now a blistering report in the Wall Street Journal accuses the Pima County Sheriff's Department of mishandling the investigation. The report describes what it calls a string of costly blunders in the crucial hours after Nancy Guthrie vanished. The Sheriff disputes the allegations in the Wall Street Journal report.
