Central Africa is experiencing an Ebola virus outbreak and CBS News reports six Americans are already affected. The World Health Organization has declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern after identifying more than 250 cases in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. Officials say 80 deaths have already been reported. While the Americans have reportedly been exposed to the virus, it is unknown if they have been infected.
